H.264/MPEG-4 Compression
H264 is a standard for video compression. It is close to MPEG-4. Nowadays, H264 is the newest and most useful compression algorithm in the market. It provides a good video quality at substantially lower bit rates than the older standards. Xenyum's digital recording systems meet diverse needs, and can manage up to 64 cameras while providing remote access (via Internet) and multi-site management.
An Embedded Linux Software
The embedded software presents many advantages. The principle is designed for devices with relatively limited resources, such as cell phones and set-top boxes.
