Optical transmission: Seeking the best for its customers, Xenyum has always invested in research to develop new products and services. The use of optical transmission in the installation of video surveillance systems is now required. Indeed, the coaxial transmission having a limited reach, the use of fiber optics is the solution for systems with distant sites. Additionally, optical transmission systems guarantee a better image quality with the possibility of remote control and audio transmission. In this context, Xenyum developed a new range of video-optical converters that adhere to international telecommunication standards. The marketing of this range of converters is scheduled for 05 May 2009.
